Caller: Representative from Peter McCallum Fund Raising

I am a monthly donor to Peter McCallum and have already increased my initial amount due to a phone call asking for more funds. I have been approached twice more asking for ‘just $5 a week’ and when I say I cannot increase the amount due to being retired and already supporting other charities, the amount is reduced by half. I have to be adamant but polite that I cannot increase my amount any more. I will not answer this number again although I suspect the numbers change due to a different person who may work on a commission. I understand the need for more funds but there is not a limitless amount at my disposal.
