Doesn't speak when answered, doesn't leave a message if not answered. Potentially phishing for voice recognition. Block the number and another similar number will call. Happens at least twice per day.

Caller: Ubiquitous Tom These ghastly people who know that they are up no good keep calling from a vast array of phone numbers. No one will buy anything from them, Telstra refuses to do anything about them and they are just a royal pain in the arse.
