Picked up as spam , telemarketer

Caller called with an Indian accent, came up on my phone as potential business/spam. The call went to my voice-mail, the caller (male) said hello, then hanged up the phone. Didn't leave any other messages I blocked the number, reported it as spam/scam.

Yet anotha variation of dodge numbers used by “Gov’t Solar” firm with no voicemail left & simply recording when attemptin to return call 😡

assumed a scam, one of a series of numbers that called (two of the other numbers had been reported here as scammers)
