Caller: Quick Loans Heavily accented person asking for me by first name. When asked "who was calling?" was advised that the company sounded something like "Quick Loans" and the "services" they provide. Well I never signed up for anyone to call regarding loans, so this had to be a cold call. I thought those were illegal if you're on a "No Call" register...
