Caller: Solar Rebate Scam The voice on the other end sounded like an Indian or Pakistani male, who said that he was calling on behalf of the Governments solar rebate scheme and that my house as been listed as being eligible. I said that I was not interested in solar power and he abruptly hung up in my ear.
