Caller said they were from Telstra, asked for me by name, I said "wrong number" but she continued with her spiel anyway. Said my IP address was now Public - 3rd call from "Telstra" (Scammers) today - I am NOT a Telstra customer

picked up call there is indian lady say hello then hang up; blocked the number

Scammer. Do not answer and block number. Calls multiple times a day from a series of different numbers with just the last 2 numbers changing. Recorded computer generated voice message saying its "customer service team". Not even proper English. Number is registered to Telco Netsip who have been prosecuted by ACMA for failing to notify about scams or disconnect scam operators as it effects their profits.

Sounds sus when you get 2 calls only a few numbers apart. Didn’t answer it and no message left

Caller said they were from Telstra & wanted to know my IP address. I am NOT a Tesltra customer - this is a SCAM

I do not recognise this number, so did not answer. I suspect it is a scammer.
