Caller: Someone claiming to be from "Energy Saver"

This is a scam call, SUPPOSEDLY offering cheaper rates, SUPPOSEDLY working with Australian retailers. I knew from the second-long delay at the start of the call <RED FLAG> it was an Indian call centre and gave the name of a retailer I wasn't with. Scammer proceeds to list "cheaper rates" do I want to proceed? I ask for a website to "'check you're legitimate'' oh, no, we can't share that <RED FLAG> only the manager can give you the details <RED FLAG>. I'll put you through to my manager, blah, blah blah, and then hangs up on ME! YESS!!
