I did a silly. They said they are doing a survey and got some information from me 🙁. WTF. I shouldn’t trust them. Tried to do a right thing. I don’t know who to trust from calls anymore. What a shame that they can get information and government laws do nothing about it. Now I am scared that they use my info.

Mentioned something about government hot water initiative. I just hung up then blocked number. A phone call at 20 to 7 on a Friday night? A scam call.

Called saying if I claimed hot water rebate from government.. definitely fraud.. hung up saying I don’t need any rebate..

Caller: Green World Services

Caller says he is from Green World Services based in Australia, offering to provide a government rebate for solar panels.
I asked for his ABN and he provides me with his mailing address instead. He passes the phone to his manager, "Jenny". I asked her for the entity's ABN and she provides a phone number. They struggle, apologise for calling and disconnect the line.
Clearly an overseas scammer.

Some Indian asked for my by name asked what you wanted call them hung up was identified by call blocker as scam
