Caller: Said from a research company

I don’t usually answer unknown numbers, but decided to see who it was. From a call centre as I could hear lots of voices - when I said “who are you?”a female voice said something about a research company. She had a very strong accent so I asked her to repeat it but I still couldn’t understand her. Then she wanted to know if she was speaking to a person who she named - not me! I said not interested and hung up, and blocked.

The caller (Indian female) said she was from Aust File Research and wanted to verify my details from what they had sent me. I said I had not received anything from them. I told her she should stop trying to scam people and to take my number off her list. I hung up on her and blocked.

Caller: Asian sounded thick accent

Wanted me to confirm address left 3 years ago.
I terminated the call

The guy or woman fit me on hop. Spoke quickly about Survey or some. Wanted me to confirm my address and my mobile phone number. * said what is this all about very firm. Then he hung up. Typical Pryor

Caller: I don’t know

Said he wanted to verify my info for government purposes?
