Caller: Federal Solar Rebates Really rude guy with Indian accent saying I’m entitled to a Solar rebate and when I said I already had one said I was entitled to a second one for the same system. When I started querying exactly who he was and who he worked for and the number so 8 could check up he got quite aggressive and nasty, raising his voice in an insistent tone repeating his questions. I hung up on him.
