Caller: Claimed to be amazon prime

Claimed i was charged $148 to renew my account. When i said i have no account he said someone must be using my id. Said to get refunded i needed to download anyoffice app. I did that but became suspicious and began questioning him..he became annoyed and hung up. Had my name,home address and phone no. Correct. I went to the bank in person immediately. So far no funds have been taken.
