I had a missed call from this number, they didn't leave a message - as with all calls of this ilk, I just BLOCK the number.
The above comments confirmed I've done the right thing.

Customer Service Consultant started doing a Survey. I advised wasn't interested. CSC was pushy and a bit pi$$Ed off.
CSC Asked why?
I repeated my original answer, that I was not interested.

Called, didn't leave a message despite my message saying - I will deem you a scammer if you don't leave a message or sms me and I won't call back. Been getting more than usual of these - I think it might be something to do with an upcoming election. They never ask any relevant questions I want to answer anyway.

They said doing a research on something but didn't want to entertain further

adding to the general 'spam number' pile, in the unlikely chance that this is an actual political thing like others have commented, maybe the ones setting it up should consider methods that don't play exactly like a scam

Very suss and pushy.
I tried calling the number back and no ringing tone...

We may call you again, i have blocked them.! Though i did look up some investment ad online of recent days, but i wasn't interested one of those thing you bump and get put on when your online searching
