Rings frequently no message left short ring possible scam or unsolicited telemarketing

Caller: Said they're calling from Romeo Foodland. We're a services shop and have basically nothing in common with Romeo or his foodland other than, our customers also eat food that Romeo might sell. They said they're giving us an opportunity to post an ad in their store FOR A YEAR (they didn't mention money, but asked to speak to the owner, I'm not the owner here, and there's no way they'll put up the advert for a year for free).
They kept saying they're trying to support local businesses, even though I didn't ask for the why and such.

I was called today by 0489 922 534. Same thing, no message. Think I'll block them before they start the frequent calling routine.
