I received the same call from the same number and an Indian woman - she rattled off the name so quickly it was hard to catch what real estate company she worked for - she wanted to know if I was looking to sell a property - when I said no she was surprised and asked if I was looking to invest - this made me suspicious. I believe it is a scam.

not sure if this was a scam but some random 'real estate complany' just called wanting to purchase my home, but my number is on a no call list and I havent had any contact with this agency. I wasnt paying attention to the name unfortunately. But she was stating there were many homes in the area in demand and they could do a market appraisal. I dont know anyone who would have given out my number. It was an Indian woman speaking
