Person asked to speak with business owner then wouldnt tell me where they were calling from and became very rude

Went to my voice mail, heavy breathing and then a burp - weirdo

Somebody purporting to be from Telstra. Offering a 40% reduction in my plan price. When i asked if they could help with another matter first, they kept side stepping the question. When told I'd think about it the mood change d to be quite sh*tty.
