Tom from the wine concierge club. Tom who is a complete whack ass scum bag. Tom rang me approx two years ago as my house was freshly flooded from ground level to the second storey in the devastating floods of 2022, and while I’m generally a polite person on the phone and usually try to keep level headed about telemarketer calls (as in, it’s their job and they’re just trying to do their job)- I explained to Tom that no, I just lost my entire house and everything in it-my workplace was underwater. Did Tom have any compassion in his voice? No, Tom just offered the next better Wine Concierge Club offer. Tom did not display that he’s actually a person. Also-why is it always Tom in all these complaints? Is Tom the only call person for this “club”? Why after two years do I still get phone calls from various numbers and it’s always “Tom from the wine concierge club here”. I swear after the fifth call last week I told him to stop f*cking ringing me but this only seemed to make him more determined as I received two more calls that same day. It seems Tom is just thick headed. Maybe he wants a date. Maybe he doesn’t have a family to go back to after a long day of holding phone voice enthusiasm at the forefront of his mind. Either way, Tom, I think you need to get a life. Don’t pick up or engage in conversation with Tom from the Wine Concierge Club.

I get daily calls from numbers starting with 0489 919 XXX - thankfully my phone flags them as potential spam, so I don't answer, and block the numbers. But I'll get a call the next day from another very similar number. Very annoying.

Wine Telemarketer. The deals are not good by the way. Relentless, will not take no for an answer; keeps calling back on different numbers. Just keep blocking his numbers till he runs out.

Rang, hung up when I picked up but took a while to answer. Suspicious. Notice other people mention wine concerge club, they also called me a few days ago on a different number and I hung up so suspect it is the same company.
