Receiving these calls on a daily basis & they all start with 0489 918, with last 3 digits different each time. Robot Tom from The Wine Company, which no doubt is a scam and needs to stop. Recommend not answering and/or wasting your time.

Caller: Online wine sales

I bought some Sav Blanc off them for a party. They keep offering me on special deals Sav. Blanc. I told them its the one wine I dont like. I answered their calls for about a year, every time they opened with a great deal on Sav. Blanc. I kept telling them I like wine but just not that. After yet another Sav. Blanc special offer I stopped answering.

Claimed to have left message but nothing played. Some ÷:_÷head more like.

Getting these on a daily basis

The number they call me on is a business number & when I answer with my name & the company name they just hang up. I get these calls on a daily basis & they all start with 0489 918 then the last 3 digits are different. When you call back it is some wine company.

if its the wine company I have asked them 100 times to take me off their data list because i dont drink!

Caller: Tom from somewhere

I thought it was a legitimate call and hung up as soon as I realised what it was. The person on the line was a recording anyway.
When is the government and/or telcos going to do something about this nonsense? All these clowns are doing is destroying the phone system.

Some wine company pest
