Scam pretending to sell solar for zero cost

I answered call immediately & it disconnected immediately. I called the number back, but did #31# ( then the mobile number). This blocks your number from showing at the other end. Handy trick :). The number answered as Solar Rebate . I giggled it and it shows as a scam. I blocked the number. Apparently the call & knock on doors ( they knocked yesterday) offering CV completely free solar systems due to o govt rebates. Rubbish. Govt rebates contribute to the cost a fraction but you still have to pay few thousand dollars. BEWARE. Scam. Told them to leave the property and now I've blocked their calls.
