Caller: Some Butthole Phone never rang, as this number was automatically blocked by my phone. Thank you, phone. In a nutshell, plenty of BS government programs out there for solar, or hot water systems, or financial stuff
My advice is to NEVER conduct business over the phone with an incoming call. This is how scammers get your information. Politely decline their offer and terminate the call.
Nobody calls you for your benefit. It's always for their benefit.
