Called on a Saturday missed the call but when I called back goes straight to voicemail saying office hours are Monday to Friday

number called but came up on my mobile as Spam so checked here - nothing, but I shall block

I'm on do not call register and pay no household bills as all included in rent..I am not a house owner..why do they repeatedly call from slightly different number. I wouldn't buy anything from anyone cold calling..that went out in the 1960's....please
