I called the number back and got a recorded message saying that because if service difficulties they couldn’t connect .. obviously a scam call

Caller: Solar rebate program I answer it but keep silent. They don’t say hello just hand up. I ring back and it’s a Solar Rebate program telemarketing call. Blocked !
