I didn’t answer and no message left. I have blocked as per other comments!

Used a name that I do not use for anything other than games etc and then got angry and hung up when I said please don't bother me with your scam call while I am actually at work trying to pay for the phone that you are now taking up space on. She started loudly exclaiming 'this is not a scam' and hung up on me.

Received a telephone call from 0489 905 343. I answered saying "xxxx good morning" and the call was cut.

Called quoting working with Energex - electricity scammer

I have blocked this caller and had a screaming match with the woman - this should be a crime to harass people like this!

Rude. Called asking if I knew about government incentives for renewable energy. When I said I was looking at a battery system with the installer of our solar panels she said “well good luck” and hung up on me. Zero customer service skills, rude and unprofessional. Don’t let them waste your time.

He wanted to know why I hadn’t claimed my rebate. He called me by my first name. I asked where he got this from and he said some home loan database but he wasn’t sure. I told him he was a scammer and I disconnected the call. Number blocked

Aggressively asked why I haven’t taken advantage of government rebates since last “talking to his colleague Jessie”. when I wouldn’t give him any information and asked why would I have spoken to them in the past. Got aggressive, made a poor attempt to try and insult me and then hung up.

Scam / call centre pretending to be “helping” with government rebates. Immediately hung up on me when I said I wasn’t interested
