Guy said he's name was Steven from Telstra. I said 'Hi' to which he responded saying "Mother F#$%er" and continued to churn out profanities. I said "Got anything else?" to which I got more profanities. I then asked "Who the hell are you?" to which he replied "Oh didn't I tell you, I'm Brad from the Commonwealth Bank". Completely random and quite entertaining but imagine it would be confronting for some.
