Caller: Precision Connect Charity

This was from Precision Connect Charity - an organization that represents various charities.
I called the two charities I support. Amnesty and another which I didn't get through to yet.

I called Precision Connect directly on their official number I did find my number was in their system for this purpose and was indeed tied to Amnesty but not for raising funds, but to inform me through their secure lines that my credit card info was out of date and expiring soon. They suggested I call Amnesty directly and kindly removed my number from their service so I wouldn't recive more calls.

If you receive a call from this number, give their main line a call and check with them your number is in their system then ask what it was about, if they are doing a charity run, they may inform you that they will call you again that day. Alternatievly, you can take ownership over this and may wish to reach out directly to the charity they are representing whilst removing your number from Precision Connect's task list.

Really they should be transparent and leave a voice mail, especially if it is to do with continuing support of a charity you donate to. I have given them feedback that they need to take into account that by not leaving a message they are failing to represent the charities properly and transparently and that their numbers end up on sites like this saying they are scammers or spammers which hurts their goal of supporting charities.

The number seems to be 'Precision Connect Charity' from calling back on another number. I dont' know if this is legit or not.

Precision Connect Charity claims "Transparency and Accountability" - but leaving a message about who is calling and why is not transparent nor accountable.

If this is a Spam claiming to be Precision Connect then I feel for the Charity. Given they have called 4-5 times in thne past week and continously fail to be transparent - I have blocked the number and am going under the assumption it is spam.

Sounded like a call Centre with gobbledygook talking in the background

Woman called from what I think is Parkinson, wasn't going to engage with her.. nuisance call in the afternoon..
