Scam message! This number is claiming to be Simply Energy when they are not. I'm with Simply Energy and this text didn't appear in my actual message thread with Simply Energy. Also, they mentioned that I am behind in payments but I recently paid for my bills. The text message said: Hi *insert name* , it's Simply Energy. We've noticed that you have fallen behind in your payments recently, but not to worry - we're here to help you get back on track. To help us understand your situation, one of our agents is available to give you a call when it suits you.

Reply 2 for an agent to call you the next business day between 5pm and 7pm AEST
