Beware - someone pretending to be from Telstra (I'm not even with Telstra) saying he was going to help me with my internet service which was unsafe and being hacked & proceeded to ask questions - did not answer his questions - when I asked him for his name and number to call him back on he hung up - I called the number and got a voice message saying 'Optus advises that the number you have called has been disconnected'
