This number is not in my contacts and no message was left. Turned off my caller ID and called it back, but it just gives half a ring and then disconnects. It's obviously not a legit call ... don't bother answering.

Caller: Some property agent According to the caller he is a property agent associated with Belle was trying to get information about property sell or staying in the area. Not sure if it was legit or not.

I was called from this unknown number as well. Also no message - not even the one that says that you missed a call but the caller didn't leave a message. No message = no call back from me, as a legitimate caller with a legitimate reason to call someone who doesn't have their number already is expected to leave a message.
