This person makes unsolicited phone calls and pretends to be a real estate agent. They lie about their name & where they are from & they try to talk rubbish about your property thinking they can coerce you into lowering your price. They are obviously working in tandem with a real estate agent as that is who is giving them your number. This has all been reported to the Real estate institute & Fair Trading. This person does not work at the agency or even exist when I called up the Directors of those agencies.
