Caller: Allegedly NBN Caller with Indian/Pakistani sounding accent called saying that he was from the NBN. He alleged that they were going to upgrade the fibre optic system but this call WAS NOT an informational call. I told him to send out a technician. He said they would be doing that but needed information for a report. He also alleged that their systems were showing that I had slow internet speeds & told me check the lights on my modem. When I told him they were all green he asked if 1 was flashing. When I said no he acted like I was lying or didn't know what I was saying. He then wanted to know my download & upload speeds & said that I should know them. I told him that I was happy with the speeds so didn't see a need to check them. He finally got frustrated with me, said something I did not understand (probably swore in his own language) then hung up. SCAMMER, SCAMMER!!
