hung up straight away, can not get through when call is returned

Kepp ringing and hanging up - maybe telemarketers?

I received four calls from this number and no message left. I finally answered the next time they called and it was a foreign voice so I just asked him to stop calling me if he doesn’t know me. He was very polite and I probably should have found out why he was calling before I said that but anyway he hung up.
