Stated energy company, rang after 7.30pm and don't answer phone professionally when you call them back. Obviously not who they say they are

I think it’s someone who calls you tell me there’s something wrong with my electricity.

Called said "Oh hi Susan, its Edward" - I said hi and that I am not Susan I think you have the wrong number - took him a few seconds to answer me when I first answered as well, thought I could hear background office noise. Anyway, obviously a spam call, blocked again but I am pretty sure this is the second call I have gotten from this guy / place from a different number

Hung up when answered

I think it’s someone who calls you tell me there’s something wrong with my internet. They’ve called before using different numbers.

Called me, when I answered, nothing was said and they ended the call after a couple of seconds
