Stated he was from Telstra Billing Department & was offering a discount for 3 months due to COVID. After I sarcastically commented that Telstra contacted me via my app & email, he fell silent & I hung up

Called first but didn't speak trying to get your name. Called days later saying Hi so-and-so, I'm from Vodafone.... blah blah blah. I blocked the number.
