Returned a missed call to this number, it doesn't even ring, no welcome message stating what company or who it was, no waiting music, just silence and then a voice recording that sounds a bit like they're breathing helium that played every minute or so saying, "you're call is very important to us, stay on the line and we'll transfer you to the next available operator."
