Some Chinese dame rattling off in her own lingo. definite scam or phisher

Caller: Experience Technologies

I didn't answer the call but called back afterwards. Got the voice message, "Hello, and welcome to Experience Technologies....please stay on the line to speak to a customer service representative. You are currently caller number xx". Probably a survey company , calls not wanted, now blacklisted.

In English I got a message: This is an emergency call from Optus. The language then changed to a foreign language (Asian). I blocked the number and immediately called Optus. They said they don't make calls that way. I am not an Optus customer. Optus suggested maybe it was a wrong number (even though they just told me that they don't make calls that way!).

I answered immediately - A brief silence, electronic beep and then cut off - getting calls from similar numbers with same results. I’m blocking them

Recorded message. A scam.

Security services visa card & mastercard - hung up after I heard that - obviously a scam!
