Caller: Scammer

Left a voicemail on my phone of an automated voice message, something about a Chinese department. Scam call.

Obviously a scam, threatening that my phone would be cut off if I did not go through their options (1 for English,2 for Chinese). Presumably a variation on the one targeting Chinese students etc.
