Said they were from telstra and my IP had dropped into public domain and then they wanted details to switch it back to private

An accented woman's voice, not a recording, mentioned something about my credit card transaction, I hung up, think this is another scam.

Claimed to be from ANZ bank and said there were suspicious transactions on my credit card but to stop them I needed to provide her with the expiry date on my card. I told her I was going to ring the bank and she hung.
