Received a call from this number regarding 2 transactions on my Visa card……. I dont have a Visa card !!!!!!

Apparently calling from the Commonwealth Bank - when I said I don't have a Commonwealth bank account they hung up.

Called but did not leave a message. My rule is no message, not calling back

Voice mail left - lots of noise in background - calling my name out over and over again.

Received a call from this number. They hung up as soon as I answered.

A female robot voice telling me my mobile phone service was about to be disconnected.

Said they were from ebay security. I strung her on for a bit then laughed and told her I didn't believe her and she called me a lot of expletives :D same to u babe! Go get a life

Caller: Said it was from NBN

Said they were from NBN and wanted to check my line as there had been suspicious overseas interference trying to infiltrate my account.

This is a scam. Once you answer it will play an automated message saying your phone number is going out of service

A pre-recorded womans voice said 'your phone will be shut off in 2 hours. Press x number to learn more or 2 for Chinese and then it just started with chinese. I then hung up. Will block this number.

Called recorded call on my mobile about an issue with interference on my mobile number.

Caller: Keep hanging up when we answer

Get it every afternoon without fail about 3 times. Don't bother answering anymore.

Clearly a Scam. Recorded Message claimed to be from Visa MasterCard security department in relation to an Amazon purchase of $14.57 and a transfer of $700. Invited to press 1 if the transactions were authorised and otherwise press, 2 speak to an operator. Hung up that point, although being tempted to press 1 to indicate they were authorised.

Called after hours and didn't leave voicemail. Blocked

I called this number and a recorded voice said please hold the line, you are 9th in line. I hung up.

Obviously a SCAM

Stated he was from Commonwealth Bank HQ and was requesting account details to investigate a suspicious transaction. I asked him to verify which account and the name of my local branch manager which he couldn't do. He then hung up the call.

Wanted my card's expiry date. Told me my card was used for an Amazon purchase. Gave me my old address from 2020. Could not give me my card number. Rang me back after I would not provide any details. I hung up a second time.
