Scam caller claiming to be from commonwealth bank

Caller: Claimed to be Optus Said my details were incomplete and my phone service will be disconnected in 2 hours. I needed to press 1 for English speakers, 2 for Chinese, however this was a message left on my phone. Was moved to spam folder by my phone but I was curious as they rarely leave messages

Caller: Male caller After I answered the call several times, a male voice (with a foreign accent) came on and said something that I couldn't quite understand. I asked him to repeat it, which he did, but I still couldn't understand him. There sounded to be background noise of a call centre and I suspect it was a scam call, so I just hung up.
