They hung up when I answered. No sound on other end.

They ring a couple of times and hang up. No Message. Have rung 3 times in a few hours. I have blocked the number.

By the time I picked the phone there were no longer there. I have been advised by the IT experts - never to ring back on short ring calls. Many are set up to ring only once so you would ring back and can be charged for the call you make.
