If you don't trust rando's linking you: Google "EMRS" - click on their website - down the very bottom of the web page is a link to 'do not call' and you can be taken off the list.

They state "As a market research agency, EMRS is not bound by the Do Not Call Register"

I answered and they hung up!

Answered, Hangs up within 3 seconds.

Typical of a company surveying numbers.
I get a lot of solar calls as well, thinking this is part of that.

Number blocked on phone - if they ring again ask them for money to pay for your time

Hang up as soon as I answered.

Stop calling if you just hang up as soon as I answer.

They called me twice on two separate days and hung up within the first 3 seconds of me answering the call. Have now blocked them!

I received a call from this number yesterday but when I answered they hung up. I will ignore from now on based on feedback on this site

I picked up a call just 2 seconds after ringtone, they hanged up immediately after I answered

These cold callers have zero regard for people with disabilities, I rushed to reach my phone & fell over in the process, now on morphine injections to geton top of pain! Totally selfish
