Caller: RSPCA - as suggested in other reports I’m not sure why they’ve called me though, it’s quite out of the blue & unexpected. I’ve not signed up for anything. Couldn’t answer at the time, maybe they’ll call back next week & can figure it out. LOVE RSPCA

Call number include 0488 862 621 and 0480 026 346. Cold calls to first ‘qualify’ people before the getting the actual Financial Planning company called Ezi Advice, Gold Coast.

Getting calls regularly. I won't answer because I don't know the number and they don't leave a message. Very annoying, have blocked them!

Reading the comments I am guessing I received a call from someone representing the RSPCA? I don't answer the phone unless it offers a name or I know the number. They didn't leave a message. Also, I never asked anyone to call me or asked for a book which makes this a nuisance call. Not anti charity - anti marketing calls.

Rang but no message left. I assume (based on previous comments) this is for the RSCPA, however this is my 5 month old work phone and I've never use it for personal reasons never mind signing up for charities / freebies with it.

I have had instances when the RSPCA, who turned up on my doorstep making false actuations about my horses because they had been checking horses in my area saw that what they reckoned was cruelty to my horses without first checking with me and were ready to charge me, my mare had surgery to her front hoof. And more recently I have seen first hand what the RSPCA are willing to do to Brumbies in the bush, no thanks I prefer to donate to and help other animal charities.

Rang me middle of a weekday, I usually ignore unrecognised numbers but I'm expecting a call regarding a job so I thought I should answer it. I answered with "Hello", had about a second of silence then *they* hung up on me. Pathetic behaviour. Immediately added to my phone's block list so I know they won't be ringing back, at least on that number.

Caller: Don't say who they are. I don't answer if they don't say who's calling. Probably another lowlife scammer.

Reading these comments I just want to add I know nothing about an animal first aid book. I haven’t ordered one EVER and I don’t want one. There is no reason for RSPCA to be calling me. I did not answer the call and will just block the number

Caller: RSPCA I’ll start by saying I was a monthly doner for many years, I reached a point where I could no longer afford this, so I cancelled it. I was harassed for MONTHS, not during work hours as everybody is stating, they were calling me multiple times a night around 9-10 pm, is that acceptable? Even when I explained I was not in a financial situation to donate at the moment they got very pushy, trying to get anything they could out of me. How about thank you for your generosity for the past 5 years?! The “free” booklet is just another way to get your details, I have lost all respect for the RSPCA, I only donate to small no kill shelters when I am able to now, l know my money is going to people that have the animals best interest at heart. f*ck OFF RSPCA!

Caller: RSPCA Yes it is the RSPCA. But once you request the first aid booklet or make a donation, they contact you every 3-6 months to ask for another donation - even after requesting you no longer wish to receive calls or donate money. So yes, it is a nuisance call.
