He kept asking is this "My Name" and when I kept answering who is this they hung up.
I called back from another phone and a recording advised the number is not connected

Hung up when I answered. Block this one too......

Answered and it disconnected. Probably checking it is an active number and when home. Scammers

When I answered there was a silence lasting a few seconds, then the call was terminated from the other end. I suspect it was an attempted scam call.
