Charity Organisation

When I returned the call it was a voice recording saying a charity has called you for your donation please hold the line. I hung up and 2 minutes later had 3 missed called from that number.

hello is this "my name" - arrr whose speaking - then hung up

The guy just kept on chatting so as soon as I asked him to get to the point he hung up. I could hear in the background another caller discussing donations. Definitely dodgy!!

Tried calling back but said something about a charity. Thing is this is a new number. Isn’t the first time I’ve been called by it.

Caller: Claiming to be the RSL

SCAM - Dodgy Claiming he is from the RSL Charity selling tickets. Do not buy!

I answered and they asked “hello, is this *insert my name*”

I said “who’s this?”

And they hung up

Hung up when I answered.

Claimed to be from RSL and wanting to sell raffle tickets but did not know that I was already a subscriber - definitely a scam seeking credit card details

Called a few times called back and msg says it a charity on behalf of some company and its an outbound line only . Scam - blocked

Charity Organisation - I don't mind them calling if they had my permission as my No is a silent No
