Guy claimed to be calling from afterpay aswell. Told him where to go and that I was reporting him to the police. He hung up the phone.

I told him it was a terrible scam and he asked me what a good scam would look like....lol

Indian sounding man claiming to be from afterpay. Said I would receive a $100 gift voucher from Afterpay, I just had to verify the code sent to my phone. Told him I couldn’t verify it and he called me a liar. So, I hung up and blocked the number.

Indian guy saying I was getting a $100 gift voucher from afterpay (yeah right) asked if I was happy to get it sent to me email and he quoted my correct email address. Then he sent me a code number and wanted me to verify. I hung up.

Indian man claiming to be Afterpay wants a verification code to access your account

Indian male said he was from afterpay and called to tell me about a gift voucher that was being sent to me. Kept asking questions requiring a YES answer. I told him I would not be able to confirm his questions and if I was to receive a voucher I will wait for the email. He got angry and said he wasn't a scam.
