Caller: Legal Assist

Caller from Legal Assist claiming I had been in an accident. I informed her that her call is now deemed illegal and it would be reported. 100% scam.

Another missed call, checked the number here. Agree, I‘m certain it’s a scam! No voice mail was left.

"im calling from Legal Assist, we help with personal injuries claims. Have you had an injury lately? Has a family member had an injury lately?"

Who cold calls for injury law? I mean, really!!!

Like others.. called saying they're from Legal Assist and following up because I've been in an accident. I told them wrong number, then they hung up.
100% spam!

Asking if I had had an accident, i just said what a scam and hung up

Caller: Bogus legal company

Caller asked about an accident claim. I just kept answering no to all of her questions. I was also asked if any family members or relatives had an accident. She has an accent of some sort. Eventually she thanked me and hung up.

I rang back and tried to get them to give me their full name, bank BSB and acounts held, with passwords and said I would forward a million dollars from Nigeria. Asked if they would trust me over the phone. Said no. Hypocrites.

Scam .. Hung up as soon as I didn't speak.

Caller: 'Legal Aid' (fake)

Scammer. 'Legal Aid' claiming I had been in an 'accident'. Hung up immediately. Reported to ScamWatch and Do-Not-Call

Heard a beep when I answered, they just hung up when I didn't say anything.

Caller: Legal Assist

Scam caller - the female caller with an accent said I had an accident in the last 12 months. I said she worked for a scam company and should not be calling anyone.

I didn't answer call. I called number back from private number and a lady answered with hello. Not a company. Probably a scam.

Caller: Said they were from Legal Assist.

I missed the original call and they had not left a message.
So I called back. My call answered immediately - no ring tone at all - they ended my call.
So I called back again. Woman with foreign accent said she was from Legal Assist.
I said sorry wrong number and hung up.
This confirms 0488 859 966 is a scam caller....

Same as the others. Looks like it's phishing scam for personal details

This mobile number rang saying they had been told I had an accident in the past year. When I said no she said have any family members, friends or anyone you know had an accident they can claim on?

SCAM! Missed their call and when I called back a lady ‘Sandra’ (she had an Indian accent) said that I was apart of a car crash a few months ago that they were pursuing. I don’t even drive.
