Constant harassment by Wine Group or Oak Road. Won’t take no for an answer

My advice is to continually call James back and harass him till he blocks you. The most satisfying hour of my life. It wastes his time and means less people get spammed or ripped off

I feel like this is a robot voice?? I tried to have a normal conversation and the responses were so weird...guys I think its a pre recorded voice responding after listening to your words... did anyone else think that??

Another call from James at the Wine Group. These guys will NOT take no for an answer and even if you block the calling number, sure enough they will call back again on another number. Have blocked six numbers from them so far. Serial pests that think if they give you the major sh!ts by calling constantly you might buy some wine.

The wine group been fined by ACMA $200,000 by ACMA for being telemarketing pests on the 12th May 2002 (just google the wine group and you can read about the case). Please keep reporting to ACMA (via website) - until this pest gets a bigger fine , otherwise they will not give up!

James from The Wine Group. these calls are so frustrating you just end up hanging up on them.. after reading what other has written i feel it is probably a robot programmed to have answers for each response you give. So frustrating!!!!

Calls every day changes ending of number slightly. Telcos need to ban this company if it is the Wine Group and is known.

Need to know why this personncannot be reported and fined for strong harassment , how is it they can do this continuously and even have there details to report with nothing done about it ????

I purchased 2 x cartons of Wine from this mob well over 12 months ago. I have been badgered weekly multiple times since. Does not understand ‘Don’t call again!’ Just don’t answer now.

Received several missed calls from this number, they dont leave a message, dont know who it is but i have now blocked the number

This guy is the most persistant sales rep I've ever come across. He skirts around every one of your objections without losing his focus, that is to sell you wine. He's prepared to talk you around seemingly for the whole day if you let him. He's not rude, but he plays on you being a polite customer. If you want to keep your money in your wallet, keep your conversations with him extremely short and sweet!

Spam and pushy - kept changing numbers and called at least 5 times. Hang up before he verbally abuse you to force you to buy wine even if I told him I dont drink.
