Annoying and just keep calling, if they hang up and you try to call back it says the number is disconnected, absolute scam. The original Indian that called suggested two shares to watch, they both would have lost me all my money !

You say no but they don't stop ringing, you block the number and they ring you from a different number. Phone harassment for sure.

Person by the name of Harvey wanted to send me an email about investing in the stock market. If you accept, they then follow up with another call wanting you to become their client and investing with them. Fact they called late on Saturday afternoon tells me the call is suspicious. Do not accept their email.

Phone harassment. Never given them my number. Told them to stop calling from day one over at least 2 years ago, and they keep calling from different phone numbers. They called so often I can remember their voices now. All 3 callers (2 male and 1 female) have Indian accent with the female having the strongest accent. Since they don't obey Australian law by keep calling me, don't expect them to obey the law in whatever they try to sell to you. If you have paid them with credit card, refer your case to ASIC.GOV.AU if you believe they have provided financial advice outside of their license. Ask you bank for reverse charge if you had kept proper record to proof they had provided services outside their license. Contact Slater and Gordon or Maurice Blackburn to see if they have enough numbers for possible class action for damages. Good luck guys.

It was the old scam call about a "minor accident" I was supposedly involved in recently (which never happened).

Scam doing the rounds again from new mobile numbers about being from some legal firm calling about a car accident claim I never actually had... I mentioned about patching them through to the federal police and they hung up!

Wants to know if i am involved in an accident, Told he she is calling from a mobile - asked her if she can call me from her landline and also email me the details of her enquiry and she hangs up in a hurry

Scam, asking if I was in a car accident or anyone in my family

Said they were a law firm investigating a possible compensation claim for a car accident I had been in.

They asked me for MRI scans and medical reports.

The first person I spoke with was an Indian woman with fairly good English.
After I answered a couple of her questions, she passed me along to her "supervisor" David.
He had excellent English with a slight Indian accent, and from the way he spoke I suspect he's lived in Australia at some point.

Claimed to be legal assist and asked if I was in an accident. It sounded like a scam so I just hung up.

I didn't understand the person who called - heavy accent but wanted to help me about an accident I had (what she called recently but was actually 6 months ago) I am not sure what sort of help she wanted but I didn't need it and told her so. This is the second of these calls I have had and they must be getting the number from an insurance company or the Police but I didn't think either of these had my mobile number (as opposed to the owner of the car I was driving). It would be interesting to know how they get the numbers or maybe the calls are just random/all.

Scam call, asking if I had been in a crash. Hung up before they could confirm who they were talking too.

Call twice a day every day after telling indian accent guy named Charles not interested and where to go. Very annoying and bordering on harassment now.
