These people are annoying and Ryan just wont accept a simple but polite "thanks, but no thanks" for an answer & insist on continuing to call our small family business on a weekly basis now for months! He is a lead generating caller, who arranges a meeting with their sales rep to offer their services https://employsure.com.au/what-we-offer/ and their fees start at $5,000 p.a. that we would realistically only need to use every 5 - 7 years on average!

Turns out they still have us on their database from 2016, when we met with one of their representatives but did not proceed as their monthly/annual cost was too prohibitive when we can access similar services free of charge or at a more affordable cost to our bottom line. We have contacted their Privacy Officer and Compliance Officer 15 days ago, if they keep calling after the next 15 days we will refer the matter to https://www.oaic.gov.au/privacy/privacy-complaints/ for further action.

Some rude duche bag from Employsure, who won't accept NO for an answer... demands to know why you're not interested and when I told him I don't care to hear about any offering from someone making an unsolicted call, trying to sell me something, his tone changed to one of annoyance and he continued to refuse to take no for an answer. Hung up and blocked the number. Came here as I always do when receiving these types of calls, which as a multi small business owner and annoyingly frequent and SHOCKER... so many reports and this clown is clearly a sadist with zero self respect or respect for others.

I called this company once and received some advice, the worst move ever ! Now I get constantly harrassed, I have requested that they do not call me on numerous occasions but they just don't get the picture ! Very annoying, you will need to block this number if you want them to stop.

They advised they work with businesses regarding safe work and fair work obligations.
A little unnerving that knew my first name. Needless to say not going to return the call as the VM did not even state why they were contacting me.

For a company based on Human Resources there’s certainly a lack of. Harassment comes to mind after repeatedly saying no to them and their sales tactics 6-7 months later still getting calls.

I’ve never had any dealings with this company. My number is private so I have no idea how they got my number. I missed their call and a message was not left. Googled the number and here we are. Now I know to block it.

I think he said his name was Damian, he had one of those deep, resonating voices that seemed to reverberate one's ear drum… It was quite annoying actually! Because if this, and my suspicion it was either a spam or unsolicited cold call. I responded with no thank you, not interested, and immediately hung up. Also, I didn't quite get where he was calling from. Thank you baby Yoda for Reverse Australia, I found this thread. Now Blocked!!!

I listened to the message on the answering machine and recognised the number from my mobile as I had blocked the unsolicited calls . Thank you to the people that added the comments I will not be calling them back to return their call as I did not contract with them not requiring their comment. Don't bother calling them back just let them talk to the answering machine this is the only way to avoid them. Why isn't the government doing something to tell the TelCos somehow to block these types?
