They hung up after I said 'hello'. Felt suspicious.

I'm confident that this is a scammer.

Called me - delayed response when i answered - thick indian accent "hello (mumbles a name out so i couldnt quite catch it) how are you today" - I hung up
I receive calls from overseas for work but this instantly felt like a scammer.
In hindsight it may have been worthwhile to waste their time.
