Caller: Oak wines

Aggressive unsolicited wine sales nuisances. Have accumulated a list of approx 80 numbers they have called from so far. Been calling me FOUR times per day for past 6 weeks and also try the ring immediately again after declining their call. Hoping the telecommunications ombudsman will do something definitive and legally punitive. Please consider lodging a complaint to accumulate an adequate number of “case studies” that a formal statutory action might be able to be commenced, re inappropriate and illegal use of a telecommunications device [and they are also stalking (Nuisance Act)].
